Jacqueline Adelowo

Welcome!

I'm a PostDoc at  ifo Institute, Center for Energy, Climate, and Resources and member of the Junior Faculty at the Department of Economics at LMU Munich (University of Munich). Previously, I was a research fellow at Politecnico di Torino (Turin) and I have visited Imperial College London. I received my PhD from LMU Munich in 2025.

My work lies at the intersection of energy economics with environmental and climate economics. I'm particularly interested in studying electricity markets, decarbonisation, and adaptation, using empirical and numerical optimisation methods.
